About me:
Hello everyone, my name is Jessica. I am 21 years old and a junion at Coastal Carolina Community College. I was born and rasied in Trenton, MI and attended Eastern Michigan University for my first 2 years of college. I just moved to Jacksonville, NC in August 2009. There's not much to me - I have been dancing since 3rd grade and I participate in community theatre, on stage and behind the scenes. I absolutely love children, I am going to school to become an elementarty teacher - I want to teach first grade. 
About my Marine:
Jared is 20 years old, born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio. He has always dreamt of becoming a Marine. He left on June 2nd, 2008 for bootcamp and graduated with Delta Co. Plt 1062 on August 29th, 2008. He went to Aberdeen, Maryland for MOS school which is 2161 Machinist and he loves his job. He graduated from Aberdeen on February 13th, 2009 and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina with 2nd MLG 8th Engineering. 
How we met:
Jared and I met April 10th, 2007 on a cruise!! I was on my senior year spring break with two of my friends and our mothers, and he was on his family vacation. We were in Belize and went on an excursion to the rain forrest to go on a zip line tour. Him and his brother were on the bus with us and sat right by us and we started talking to them. From that moment on we were all attached at the hip. It was an awesome experience but neither of us ever thought a relationship would come from it. We kept in touch after the cruise and since me and my best friend didn't have prom dates they drove 4 hours to go to prom with us. I think we both knew there was something there that we couldn't ignore. On July 29th, 2007 we made it offical and became boyfriend and girlfriend. We are so much in love with each other and know that it was meant to be. On December 21st, 2008 (My 20th birthday) Jared proposed and I of course said Yes!!!! We tied the knot on September 4th, 2009. We couldn't be more in love.
